കോന്നി വാര്‍ത്ത ഡോട്ട് കോം : കോന്നി വകയാര്‍ കേന്ദ്രമായുള്ള പോപ്പുലര്‍ ഫിനാന്‍സ് തട്ടിപ്പ് കേസ് സി ബി ഐയ്ക്ക് കൈമാറി സംസ്ഥാന സര്‍ക്കാര്‍ ഉത്തരവ് ഇറക്കി . നിക്ഷേപകര്‍ ഹൈക്കോടതിയില്‍ നല്‍കിയ പരാതികള്‍ പരിഗണിച്ചാണ് നടപടി . 2000 കോടി രൂപയുടെ തട്ടിപ്പ് കേരള പോലീസ് അന്വേഷിച്ചാല്‍ നീതി ലഭിക്കില്ല എന്നാണ് നിക്ഷേപകരുടെ വാദം . സി ബി ഐയ്ക്ക് കേസ് കൈമാറുവാന്‍ തടസം ഇല്ലെന്നു കേരള സര്‍ക്കാര്‍ ഹൈക്കോടതിയെ അറിയിച്ചിരുന്നു . സി ബി ഐയ്ക്കു കേസ്സ് കൈമാറിക്കൊണ്ട് കേരള സര്‍ക്കാര്‍ ഉത്തരവ് ഗസറ്റ് വിജ്ഞ്ജാപനം ഇറക്കി .സി ബി ഐയുടെ സാമ്പത്തിക കുറ്റാന്വേഷണ വിഭാഗം ഈ കേസുകള്‍ അന്വേഷിക്കും .
എല്ലാ പരാതിയിലും അന്വേഷണം ഉണ്ടാകും . പോപ്പുലര്‍ ഉടമകളുടെ എല്ലാ ആസ്തി സംബന്ധിച്ചും സി ബി ഐ അന്വേഷിക്കും . വിദേശത്തുള്ള ഇവരുടെ നിക്ഷേപം കണ്ടെത്തുവാന്‍ സി ബി ഐ യ്ക്കു കഴിയും .ഇനിയും പിടികൂടാന്‍ ഉള്ള ആറാം പ്രതി മേരികുട്ടി ഡാനിയല്‍ ആസ്ട്രേലിയയില്‍ ബന്ധു വീട്ടില്‍ ആണ് .ഇവരെ ഇവിടെ നിന്നു കേരളത്തില്‍ എത്തിച്ച് അറസ്റ്റ് ചെയ്യേണ്ടി വരും .അതിനും സി ബി ഐയ്ക്കു ആണ് ചുമതല

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 6 of the Delhi Special Police
Establishment Act,1946 (Central Act 25 of 1946) the Government of Kerala hereby
accord consent to the members of the Delhi Special Police Establishment to exercise
powers and jurisdiction in the whole of the State of Kerala for the investigation of
offences involved in Crime No.1740/2020 of Konny Police Station, Pathanamthitta and
connected cases in respect of the Economic Offences of Popular Finance and the
matters related thereto.

Explanatory Note
(This does not form part of the notification, but is intended to indicate
its general purport.)
The Government of Kerala have decided to refer the investigation of Crime
No.1740/2020 of Konny Police Station, Pathanamthitta and connected cases in respect
of the Economic Offences of Popular Finance to the Central Bureau of Investigation. For
the said purpose, the consent of the State Government under section 6 of the Delhi
Special Police Establishment Act, 1946 (Central Act 25 of 1946), is necessary.
Government have therefore, decided to accord consent for the same.
The notification is intended to achieve the above object.
