2022 ൽ നടന്ന കൊക്കൂൺ കോൺഫറൻസ്, സൈബർ സുരക്ഷ രംഗത്തും , ഡേറ്റാ പ്രൈവസി എന്നിവയെ സംബന്ധിച്ചുള്ള രാജ്യത്തെ ശ്രദ്ധേയമായ കോൺഫറൻസ് ആയി മാറാൻ സാധിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്. ലോകോത്തര സൈബർ വിദഗ്ധരുമായി ചേർന്ന് രാജ്യത്തെ തന്നെ സൈബർ സുരക്ഷ, സ്വകാര്യത, ഹാക്കിംഗ് എന്നിവ ചർച്ച ചെയ്യപ്പെടുകയും, സുരക്ഷാ സേനയും, സ്വകാര്യ സംരംഭകരുമായും ചേർന്ന് പുതിയ നൂതന ആശയങ്ങൾ നടപ്പാക്കുകയും ചെയ്തിട്ടുമുണ്ട്.

c0c0n പ്രീ-കോൺഫറൻസ് വർക്ക്ഷോപ്പുകൾ സൈബർ രംഗത്തെ രണ്ട് ദിവസത്തെ വിപുലമായ പരിശീലനം നൽകുന്നതാണ്. ഈ രംഗത്തെ വിദഗ്ധരാണ് വർക്ക്ഷോപ്പ് രൂപകൽപ്പന ചെയ്തിരിക്കുന്നതും പരിശീലനം നൽകുന്നതും.
പുതിയ സാങ്കേതിക വിദ്യകൾ മനസിലാക്കുക, അത് തൊഴിലിന്റെ ഭാഗമാക്കുക ഉൾപ്പെടെയുള്ളവയാണ് വർക്ക് ഷോപ്പിൽ അവതരിപ്പിക്കുന്നത്. ഇത്തവണത്തെ കോൺഫറൻസിന്റെ ഭാഗമായി 11 വർക്ക്‌ഷോപ്പുകളാണ് നടക്കുന്നത്. ഇതിനായി പരിമിമായ സീറ്റുകൾ മാത്രമാണ് ഉള്ളത്.

എത്തിക്കൽ ഹാക്കർ സൈബർ സുരക്ഷയിൽ ഏറെ പ്രാധാന്യമുള്ളതാണ്. അതിന് വേണ്ടി ഹാക്കിംഗ് വൈഭവം പ്രദർശിപ്പിക്കുന്നത് നേണ്ടിയുള്ളതാണ് ട്രാക്ക് 4 ലിൽ ഉള്ളത്. ബീഗിൽ സെക്യൂരിറ്റിയുമായി ചേർന്ന് കേരള പോലീസ് സൈബർ ഡോമിന്റെ നേതൃത്വത്തിലാണ് ഇത് നടക്കുന്നത്.
രാജ്യത്ത് ആദ്യമായി നടത്തപ്പെടുന്ന അഡ്വെസറി വില്ലേജെന്ന പ്രത്യേകതയും ട്രാക്ക് അഞ്ചിൽ നടക്കുന്നത് ഇതിന് ഉണ്ട്.
ട്രാക്ക് 6 – RF Village Capture the Flag
സൈബർ സുരക്ഷയ്ക്ക് വേണ്ടിയുള്ള മറ്റൊരു സാഹസികമായ വിനോദമാണ് ട്രാക്ക് ആറിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടുത്തിയിരിക്കുന്നത്. വിവിധ തരത്തിലുള്ള സൈബർ സുരക്ഷ പ്രത്യേകതകൾ ഈ ട്രാക്കിൽ ഉണ്ട്.
ട്രാക്ക് – 7 – IoT-ഹാക്കിംഗ്-ആൻഡ്-സെക്യൂരിറ്റി-വില്ലേജ്
IoT ഹാക്കിംഗ് വില്ലേജ് ആദ്യമായാണ് അവതരിപ്പിക്കുന്നത്.
പ്രായോഗിക IoT സുരക്ഷ ഉപയോഗിച്ച് പങ്കാളികളെ ശാക്തമാക്കുന്നതിനും,
IoT-യിലെ IoT സുരക്ഷാ മേഖലയിലേക്കുള്ള ആഴത്തിലുള്ള പഠനവും ഇതിലൂടെ പ്രാപ്താമാക്കാൻ കഴിയും.

സൈബർ സുരക്ഷാ രംഗത്തെ ജോലി സാധ്യതകൾ പരിചയപ്പെടുത്തുന്നതാണ് ട്രാക്ക് 8 ൽ നടക്കുക.
ഈ രംഗത്തെ ലോകോത്തരമായ അനന്തമായ ജോലി സാധ്യതകൾ വിദഗ്ധരുടെ സഹായത്തോടെ മനസിലാക്കാൻ കഴിയും.
Track 9 – Counter Child Sexual Exploitation (CCSE)
കുട്ടികൾക്കെതിരെയുള്ള ലൈഗിംകാതിക്രമം നൂറ് ശതമാനം തടയുക എന്ന ലക്ഷ്യത്തോടെ കേരള പോലീസിന്റെ സിസിഎസ്ഇയുടെ നേതൃത്വത്തിൽ വളലെ വിജയകരമായി നടപ്പാക്കി വരുന്നതാണ് ട്രാക്ക് 9 ൽ നടക്കുക.
ഓൺലൈൻ വഴിയുള്ള കുട്ടികളുടെ മേലുള്ള അതിക്രമങ്ങൾ തടയുന്നതിന് വേണ്ടി രാജ്യാന്തര തലത്തിൽ അന്വേഷണ ഏജൻസികളുടെ സഹകരണവും ഇതിലൂടെ ലക്ഷ്യമിടുന്നു.
ഈ വർഷം രണ്ട് ദിവസങ്ങളിലായി നടക്കുന്ന ഈ ട്രാക്കിൽ എല്ലാ സംസ്ഥാനങ്ങളിൽ നിന്നും രണ്ട് സീനിയർ ഓഫീസർമാരെ ക്ഷണിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്. ഡിജിപി, എഡിജിപി, ഐജി റാങ്കിൽ ഉള്ള ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥരുടെ നേതൃത്വത്തിൽ ഇതിന് വേണ്ടി കൂടുതൽ പ്രവർത്തനം നടത്തുകയും ചെയ്യും.
Track 10 – CISO Boot Camp –
സൈബർ രംഗത്തെ പ്രമുഖരായ CISO-കൾ/CTO-കൾ അവരുടെ ദശാബ്ദങ്ങളുടെ അനുഭവവും വൈദഗ്ധ്യവും പങ്കു വെയ്ക്കുന്നതാണ് സിഐഎസ്ഒ ബൂട്ട് ക്യാമ്പ്. ഇത് ഒരു ഏകദിന ക്യാമ്പാണ്. അവരുടെ അറിവുകൾ , വിജയ തന്ത്രങ്ങൾ എന്നിവ ഡെലിഗേറ്റുകൾക്കായി പങ്കു വെയ്ക്കും.

Overview
The c0c0n 2023 is primarily divided into two set of activities:
1. Pre-Conference Workshops
2. Conference Tracks.
Pre-Conference Workshops
c0c0n pre-conference workshops provide two days advanced hands-on training on
current and evolving domains in cyberspace. The trainings are designed and delivered
by top industry experts ensuring content quality and help participants discover new
technology domains, explore the best practices adopted and followed by the industry
and to network with industry peers and leaders.
A total of 11 Workshops are planned as part of c0c0n 2023. As the training is primarily
hands-on and lab oriented, only limited seats are allotted for each workshop to ensure
quality delivery.
Conference Tracks
Track 1 – Management, GRC, Policy, Strategy, Legal
The virtual and the real world are well connected. What happens in cyberspace can
affect the real world and vice versa.. The objective of Track 1 is to facilitate Policy
Makers, Business Leaders, Visionaries and Regulators to join together to discuss and
brainstorm on ideas to make a safe and secure cyberspace. Areas like Multilateral
Cooperation, Private Public Partnership Models, the new Data Privacy law, addressing
the gap between regulatory and technology advancements,
ensuring business continuity while adhering to the evolving
regulatory and compliance requirements are some of the key
areas addressed in Track 1.
Track 2 – Technology | Innovation | Research
Innovation and Embracing the technologies of tomorrow are the
only way for today’s enterprises and organizations to survive,
flourish and equip themselves for future challenges and business
requirements. The Technology, Innovation and Research Track
aims to provide a platform for security researchers and
practitioners to showcase their innovative and cutting-edge
research findings. The selected papers from Call for Papers
(CFP) are lined-up covering latest and uptodate technology
domains. Technical talks covering the various security aspects
of Web, Mobile, SCADA, OT, SCADA, Dark Web and
Cryptography and part of this track.
Track 3 – FinTech
The FinTech Track serves as a platform bringing together the key stakeholders like
Banks, Regulators, Payment Gateways, Payment processors, Fintech Startups and
Subject Matter Experts and visionaries leading the discussions, debates and
deliberations revolving around domains like Digital Payments, Cryptocurrency,
blockchain, NFTs and digital transformation. The talks and discussions
are structured to help the participants understand how innovative and
disruptive technologies can give organizations a competitive edge in the
financial sector. The participants get an insight into how the digital
financial ecosystems are evolving by aligning itself with the emerging
technology and regulations and the impact of digital security on the
financial industry.
Activity Villages and Capture the Flag Competitions
Security conference experiences are incomplete without getting involved
in some hands-on activities. Track 4 is a place to test and showcase the
hacker inside you. This track generally consists of various hacking villages
and competitions like Capture the Flag (CTF). Most of the activities are
based on knowledge-based security puzzles and challenges aimed to
address some of the commonly known security issues and vulnerabilities
in areas like Internet of Things (IoT), Targeted Attacks, Cryptography,
Reverse Engineering, Web and Mobile Technologies. Hacking Villages
and CTFs are the main source of learning new workarounds and testing
skill sets while solving the challenges. This track provides a platform to
experience the hacking world and witness the battle ground of attackers.
The events are open to all and the participants have to solve each level in
a limited amount of time. Attractive prizes are there for the top performers
for each event

THE CALL FOR THE SUPER HACKERS OF THE FUTURE
DomeCTF, the collaborative effort of Beagle Security and Kerala Police Cyberdome
had been a highlight of C0c0n for the past 6 years—opening as an excellent venue for
cyber security enthusiasts to refine their skills and passion in the field by providing
challenges that would be both demanding and interesting for the attendees.
Track 5 – Adversary Village
Adversary Village hosted its first physical event in India. Adversary Village previously hosted
villages at DEF CON Hacking and Security conference at Las Vegas, USA, one of the largest
hacker conventions in the world.
The village track consist of four parallel sessions aimed at simulating various actions
of multiple threat actors spread across various stages, including that of Physical.
This will have a set of wonderful hands-on and live hacking activities, which includeAdversary Wars Capture The Flag competition, a choose-your-own-adventure style
Adversary Adventure game, A physical security simulation hands-on area to uncover
the security issues of locks-handcuffs and corporate office premises and Hands-on
Adversary Simulator Booth to showcase live ransomware simulation to understand
how it works to grade the target organization’s defense posture by assessing it’s
response to the threat.

Track – 7 – IoT-Hacking-and-Security-Village
We are excited to announce IoT Hacking & Security Village at c0c0n 2023.
With a focus on empowering participants with practical IoT security
knowledge, this village aims to provide a comprehensive learning
experience that caters to participants of varying skill levels.
Join us for an immersive journey into the realm of IoT security at the IoT
Security Village, where participants will engage in interactive sessions,
practical demonstrations, and hands-on exercises.
The village is designed to equip attendees with a comprehensive
understanding of IoT security principles, practical skills, and best
practices.
Track 8 – Career Village

Track 9 – Counter Child Sexual Exploitation (CCSE)

In continuing the policy of Zero tolerance toward Child pornography and crimes against
Children, Kerala police has constituted a CCSE Centre (Counter Child Sexual
Exploitation Centre) a wing, Cyber dome, with special emphasis on preventing online
crimes against Children. In the rapidly growing and changing digital world, the
investigation of Cyber Crimes against Children and ensuring cyber security for children
is one of the most challenging areas for Law Enforcement Agencies.
Realising the importance spreading awareness, prevention and investigation of crime
against the innocent I.e the children, which is crime against humanity, last year we
had organised a one day CCSE Track on 24th September dedicated to addressing the
challenges and issues faced by the LEAs across the world and building cooperation
among various stakeholders to effectively counter this crime against humanity.
This year we are planning 2 days CCSE Track by inviting two senior officers from each
state, in the rank of DGP/ADGP/IGP who are dealing with this aspect in the respective
states, to attend the conference. We are also inviting all the related stake holders,
NGOs and organisation who are working for the protection of children.
International child protection organisations viz. ICMEC, Childlight – Global Child Safety
Institute, We protect Alliance, UNICEF, UNICRI etc. and national organisations viz.
Space 2 Grow, Rati foundation etc also are participating.
Track 10 – CISO Boot Camp –

this boot camp. This is a one-day boot camp carefully designed to equip aspiring and
current CISOs with the essential knowledge, skills, and strategies you need to be
successful in the role of Chief Information Security Officer (CISO)
Certified Pentester (CPen) at c0c0n 2023
c0c0n is a 15 year old platform that is aimed at providing opportunities to showcase,
educate, understand and spread awareness on information security, data protection,
and privacy. Various technical, non-technical and legal communities participate in the
conference. This year, in partnership with The SecOps Group, c0c0n is pleased to
announce a certification to allow participants to validate their skills and progress in
Exhibition Stalls –
A total of 20 organizations will their products and services as part of c0c0n 2023. As part
of promoting the startup initiatives, 10 Startups will also showcase their products
c0c0n is not only a police conference, but it is a cyber security event. It is an
event in which industry veterans from all around the globe will take part. Also we
have representation from the police officers from all the States in India, Senior officers
from NIA, CBI, Intelligence Bureau, RAW, NCRB, BPR&D, CERT-In, etc. c0c0n is a
rare platform to discuss, showcase, educate, understand and spread awareness on
the latest trends in information safety, cyber security and hi-tech crimes. It also aims
at providing a common platform for security forces, government, industrial leaders,
start-ups, students, and professionals to get hands-on exposure to the latest
technological advancements in the field. “The issue of cyber security needs to move
beyond traditional policing activities and requires a different outlook to deal with
technology”.
